These Terms govern your use of AllMediaDownload ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Your responsibility for content

The Service lets you extract, download and process images from websites you point it at. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permission to download, store, modify and use any content you process through the Service. Do not use the Service to access content behind authentication, paywalls, DRM, or other access restrictions you are not authorized to bypass.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, harvest personal data, or overload third-party websites. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the websites it accesses on your behalf.

Credits and payment

The Service uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. Purchased credits do not expire. Free trial credits may expire as described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed via NOWPayments using cryptocurrency; we do not store your payment credentials.

Storage and deletion

Files you collect or process are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after the retention period shown in your account (see the Pricing page for current limits). We are not a permanent storage service — download what you need before it expires.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific website can be scanned successfully.
